Europe Export & Global Duty Free is the Operation Company within HEINEKEN that is responsible for the Exports to European countries and the Duty Free channel worldwide.

Job purpose: Managing the Distributors, Wholesalers and on-trade Key Customers within Germany for the Western Europe Export team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day business with strategic distribution partners
- Support Regional Sales teams (be brand specialist, provide leads, present and report in Sales meetings)
- Support and control the (trade)marketing activations
- Make distributor and commercial plans and manage execution and implementation
- Responsible for the excellent execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities
- Contribute to the Commercial Plan
- Open up new business (Distributors, Wholesalers and On-and Off trade customers)
- Build business cases for new product introductions
- Financial control of P&L for area of responsibility
- Monitor account receivables
- Identify new trend and market insights
- Build strong relationships with Distributors, Key Wholesalers and Key On-trade Customers
- Manage alignment within internal stakeholders.
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a commercial/sales role within a drinks FMCG company
- Have a good knowledge of on trade industry and wholesalers
- Based in Berlin
- Fluent German and English
