For our International Key Account Team – located in Hamburg – we are searching for a

Customer Planner Global Travel Retail (m/f)

Main responsibilities of the role:
In this role as Customer Planner GTR you will provide the International Key Account (IKA) Team based in Hamburg with value-adding customer management and planning as well as promotional support to ensure we further build our core brands and achieve our strategic and financial targets on Gebr. Heinemann.

Customer Management:
• Active communication with key account
• Send out overall information to customer about product & price changes
• Prepare, adjust and send price lists
• Handle invoices, customer requests on a daily base
• Handling of POS materials, GWP and on-pack promotions

Customer Planning:
• Support Key Account & Customer Marketing Team in managing and controlling A&P budget
• Handle all incoming A&P invoices
• Manage back commission and price off process including accruals on a monthly base
• Support Regional Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly and annual closing
• Support Key Account Team in preparing budget & LE submissions

Promotion Management:
• Support, coordinate, implement and review promotions
• Communicate with Agencies, Customer Marketing and customer
• Order POS material and handle POS warehouse and invoices
• Prepare & support staff trainings for Key Account and promotion agencies

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have:
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communicator & team player
• Customer focused, strong planning & organization skills
• Ability to prioritize ad hoc situations
• Financial understanding
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Very good command of both spoken and written English and German

The following experiences are preferred:
• Sound professional experience in customer management/back office in Global Travel Retail or Domestic Market
• Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is an advantage
• Experience in the GTR channel is an advantage
